1.Wash the area receiving tattoo or laser treatment with soap and water.

2.Cover a Hot Towel on skin for 5 Mintues , Dry area completely.

3.Apply numbing cream to the area and rub in thoroughly.

4.Cover the cream with plastic wrap (saran wrap) and keep warm. The heat under the plastic wrap helps activate the cream and keeps the cream from drying out.

5.Leave cream and wrap in place for 40-50mins before tattoo. Then wipe it off, wait 20mins then you will get the best numbing effect.

6.After removing the cream from the numb skin, wait 10 minutes. Depending on the skin type and body part, it will usually remain numb for 4-6hours.

I was skeptical about this creme but the tattooist recommended it I am v sensitive to pain so I left it on for 90 mins with a hot water bottle on my leg. I got pretty numb which lasted several hours. It probably knocked out 80% pain. So thank you! The ankle is a bony sore place to get inked.
