Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please send your order information and the reason for the cancellation to martha@uk-mithra.com as soon as possible.
Unshipped Orders: We will arrange a full refund for you.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be directly canceled. Please follow our return process after you receive the item.
Returns
You have 90 days to request a return, starting from the day you receive your item.
Return Conditions:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
How to Return an Item:
First, please send your order information, return reason, and any photos or videos showing the issue to martha@uk-mithra.com.
We will evaluate your return request. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Please do not return any items without contacting us first and receiving approval.
We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
Refund Approved: The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 3-15 business days) to process the refund.
Refund Not Received: If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at martha@uk-mithra.com.
Important Notes:
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a product with a quality issue), we will provide a full refund and cover all shipping costs.
Buyer's Responsibility: If the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons (e.g., they don't like the item, ordered the wrong product, or provided a wrong address), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for product returns.
